How to stay healthy!

Your skin is your largest organ and absorbs a lot of ingredients of cosmetics, including the chemical ones that are linked to illness and diseases. Of course there are many skin varities so the risk also varies but you should follow some guidelines. We and many others advice you to do so! 

Avoid these ingredients in soap: DMDM hydantoin (Glydant), Diazolidinyl urea, Imidazolidinyl urea, Ceteareth, Polyethylene glycol, PEGs, BHT (Butylated Hydroxytoluene) Make sure to say No to Triclocarban or Triclosan

Try to use shampoo’s and conditioners that do Not contain: PEGs, ceteareths and polyethylen. Parabens; propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl. DMDM hydantoin (Glydant) Remember that foaming for a great part comes from chemical ingredients.

Say No to skincare products that contain Retinyl palmitate or retinol, Oxybenzone, PEGs, ceteareths and polyethylen. 

Say No to suncreams that: have an SPF above 50, contain retinyl palmitate or oxybenzone, are an aerosol or powder. Say YES to sunblocks with zinc or titanium and a SPF 30 for intense sun
